SweetWonder — Support
A calm tracker for the first years, and for the mother too.
Get in touch
Questions, problems, or something that should work differently — write to [email protected]. One person reads that inbox, so please allow a couple of days for a reply.
It helps to include your device (for example “iPhone 14, iOS 18”), the app version from Settings, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Common questions
How do I share a baby with my partner?
Open Settings, then family sharing, and send an invite. Once they join, you both see the same day as it happens — entries made on either phone appear on the other.
I signed in on a new phone and my data is missing
Your babies and records restore from your account the first time you open the app after signing in, which can take a moment on a slow connection. If it still looks empty, pull down to refresh on the home screen, or open Settings and use “Sync now”, which also reports any error.
Why don’t my milestone photos appear on the other phone?
They are stored only on the device that took them and are never uploaded. That is deliberate — the sync carries no image data at all.
Reminders aren’t arriving
Allow notifications in the device settings and enable the reminder in SweetWonder. Server push needs an internet connection; sound, Focus/Do Not Disturb, notification volume and Android battery restrictions can affect delivery or alerts. On Android, also check the alarms permission where requested. Delivery timing is controlled in part by the operating system and network.
How do I connect my watch?
Use Apple Watch with its paired iPhone, or Wear OS with its paired Android phone. Install SweetWonder on both devices, open the phone app and sign in. Keep the phone nearby and open the watch app. For the first sync, leave the phone app open.
How do I delete my account?
Use Settings → Delete account in the current app. Successful deletion includes the private server records, local app data and sign-in account. Account and data deletion explains shared records, subscriptions and the email alternative.
A note on health information
SweetWonder keeps records and does arithmetic. It is not a medical device, it makes no diagnosis, and the guidance in it is general information drawn from public sources such as the NHS, ACOG, the WHO and the CDC. Your midwife, doctor or health visitor knows you and your baby. Contact them whenever something worries you, whatever the app shows.
