A sleep calendar. A guide to your baby's weeks.
When sleep changes, a view of the weeks can help you stay oriented. SweetWonder's sleep regression calendar shows dates and an example growth-spurt pattern. It does not predict sleep regressions: your observations of your own baby remain the starting point.

Explore days and weeks
Select a day in the monthly calendar and move between months. See the corresponding week and its date range within the 78-week calendar. Your baby's name and age provide context, and the current-week button takes you back to today.
Choose the starting date
You can set the due date as the starting point for counting weeks. Without a selected date, the calendar uses the birthday. This setting belongs to that baby on this device only; it does not change the birthday in the profile and is not a shared family setting.
Read the symbols as an example
The sun, sprout and rain cloud mark periods in the example pattern. The legend explains them, and you can turn the pattern off. A cloud does not mean a difficult night is coming; sunshine does not guarantee settled sleep. These symbols are not calculated from your baby's sleep records.
Use it alongside the sleep diary
The calendar is a way to explore dates. Record actual sleep starts, wake-ups and durations in SweetWonder's sleep diary. You can then revisit what happened and discuss specific observations, without treating an example pattern as a diagnosis.
Questions about the sleep regression calendar
Can the calendar predict a sleep regression?
No. Sleep changes do not follow the same schedule for every baby. Treat the calendar as a reference, not a forecast.
Why can the week differ from my baby's age?
Age is calculated from the birthday, while the calendar week follows your chosen starting date. If you set a due date, the two can differ.
Does selecting a day create a sleep entry?
No. It changes the date and week shown. Sleep is recorded separately in the diary; the calendar does not start a timer or create automatic entries.
